FLAT ROOFS THAT ARE RESILIENT, WATERPROOF AND BUILT TO LAST, WHATEVER THE WEATHER THROWS AT THEM
Flat roofs are something of a specialism of ours here at R&D Roofing Inc. In fact, we have a considerable amount of experience in removing, replacing, repairing and laying brand-new flat roofs, and are well-aware of the problems that can arise when poor-quality careless workmanship is at play. However, with the right materials and the right approach by a skilful roofing team, your flat roof will provide decades of reliable use and superior performance.

We are well-versed in all flat roofing systems currently on the market, with the most popular being EPDM, GRP and traditional felt roofing. Our Feltham-based team works across all areas of West London, so please get in touch to let us know how we can support you with our flat roofing expertise.
BREAKING DOWN YOUR OPTIONS WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR FLAT ROOF
LIQUID ROOFING MEMBRANES
We are skilled in a variety of liquid-applied roof membranes, which provide any flat roof with high levels of waterproofing and UV resistance. Great for carrying out roof repairs and renovations.
Rapid curing and excellent levels of adhesion
Being seamless, they easily fill in gaps and voids in flat-roof surfaces
Flexible in both hot and cold temperatures
GRP (FIBREGLASS ROOFING)
Fibreglass roofs have an exceptionally long lifespan, during which time they provide superior levels of performance and weatherproofing. In fact, they have an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, and can be moulded to fit almost any-shaped surface.
Seamless, so less chance of leaks
Unaffected by sunlight
Highly waterproof
A higher upfront cost, but this is compensated by its lifespan and low likelihood of needing repairs
EPDM (RUBBER) ROOFING
Rubber roofing provides superior levels of performance when it comes to waterproofing, resilience to extremes of weather, and its lifespan, lasting around 25-30 years (but often much longer).
Excellent weatherproofing properties (including wind, rain and solar resistance)
Highly resistant to tearing, abrasion, and heat
Its seamless nature means less chance of leaks
A slightly higher price tag to felt on account of its quality and longevity
"What a lovely couple of young men. I had arranged for them to repair my leaky flat kitchen extension roof. They gave me a very fair reasonable price and arrived on time and carried out the work as arranged and even did another little job for me free of charge. I have booked them to fit new guttering to the front as I was so pleased with their work"
